Microsoft Corporation Debuts Outlook App For Apple Watch

Microsoft Corporation (NASDAQ:MSFT) has rolled out another part of its Microsoft Office application suite for the Apple Watch, with the launch of an Outlook application optimized for the wrist-worn device. The move expands on the company’s support for the Apple Watch and a general push to make its software more accessible on various platforms, with apps and services on iOS and Android a prime focus.
According to a report by The Verge today, the new application provides full email display and the ability to reply to messages. Although a user cannot immediately reply to a notification like they would on iOS, a tap on the Outlook icon in the notification prompts a dedicated Apple Watch app. The Outlook app then offers an overview of a message and the option of sending a reply via dictation or quick reply.

The Porsche 911 Turbo Was a Rocket 25 Years Ago

The second generation of the 911 Turbo debuted in 1991 after the original was built for nearly 15 years. While the current 911 Turbo is known as a rocket ship, it's easy to forget that the one from the early 1990s was also super fast.

MotorWeek was on the original launch of the 964 Turbo, and they found that it got to 60 in less than five seconds and ran the quarter in less than 13 seconds. Sounds fairly typical now, but that was Ferrari territory way back when.
Enjoy the mellifluous voice of the one and only John Davis as he explains the 1991 Turbo in this MotorWeek flashback.

Why is it Difficult to Download YouTube Downloader Apps from Google Play Store

Programs and plug-ins like this make it easy for the users to download videos from YouTube to view even when they are not on the website. There are so many programs available today and every one of them makes it easy for the users to have their favorite videos ripped. With the number of people using the Android devices today growing, it is quite sad that they cannot use such applications on Google Play Store.
So, what is the Problem with these Downloader Applications?
To begin with, these apps help the users to go about illegal content download, because the videos they download don’t belong to them. These apps in their view make it easy for people to steal the content and artistic abilities of another person. This deprives the artistes of advertising revenues and views. Also, the Store doesn’t permit apps that can be used illegally. Undoubtedly, these downloader apps for YouTube fit the description very well. There are other platforms that allow these apps, because they do not see their use to be illegal since there are legitimate uses for these apps as well.

No matter the level of legality being talked about here, Google definitely wants to keep its financial level in check. Downloader apps for YouTube videos cut into the revenue of Google in two different ways. Users of these apps will stop visiting YouTube to watch videos, because they get to download them to their devices. This is one major way in which revenue is decreased.
Also, the advertisers will not be interested in paying a lot for the ads if they know the videos are being pirated and are not being watched. Just like every company in the position of Google will do, it wants to protect its finances and save itself from losses. So, there is no way these apps will be accepted in Google Play Store anytime soon.
YouTube Downloader Apps are Popular
Even though these apps are not accessible on Play Store, they still grow in popularity. Users of these apps on other platforms download and use these apps many times every day. Every day, there are new YouTube downloader applications that are being developed to give more users access to videos on YouTube and other platforms.

Famous Logos And Their Hidden Meanings

The three ellipses seen in the logo for Toyota represent three hearts: the heart of the customer, the heart of the product, and the heart of progress in the field of technology.

McDonald’s

Yes, the “M” for McDonald’s and there really isn’t another meaning. In the 60’s, McDonald’s wanted to change the logo but their design consultant and psychologist Louis Cheskin insisted that they left the golden arches. According to BBC, he said customers will unconsciously recognize the logo as “symbolism of a pair of nourishing breasts.” Whether this is true or not, their logo is one of the most recognizable in the world.
The importance of this logo is in its colors. The red is said to represent strength and the blue represents faithfulness and security that the company provides.

Pepsi’s old logo is the one on the left. The new logo on the right cost Pepsi $1 million. They hired Arnell Associates to come up with it. As a result, Pepsi had to spend millions more to rebrand everything. Then Arnell’s 27 page document was leaked and it was entitled, “Breathtaking Design Strategy.” It proposes that the new logo is some sort of Da Vinci Code. The logo draws on Feng Shui, the Renaissance, the earth’s Geodynamo, the theory of relativity, and much more.

BMW has a history in aviation and its logo stays true to its roots. The blue and white represent a propeller in motion with the sky peeking through. In fact, BMW had a role in World War II as a creator of aircraft engines for the German military.

The Apple logo represents the forbidden fruit from the “Tree of Knowledge” in the Biblical creation story of Adam and Eve.

This logo is so creative. If you look closely you will see the arrow between the letter ‘E’ and ‘X’, which represents the company’s forward thinking ways and outlook towards the future.

The Mercedes-Benz logo is the most confident of all. The tri-star represents the company’s dominance in quality and style over all things land, sea and air.

The Google logo has four primary colors in a row then it’s broken by a secondary color. This was entirely intentional. Google wanted to show that they don’t play by the rules and are also playful without making the symbol bulky. To do that, they just used simple letters and colors.

The Adidas logo looks like a mountain to represent the obstacles that people need to overcome. Originally the logo was just three stripes and didn’t stand for anything. So they kept the three stripes and just made them slanted to resemble a mountain.

Ever wonder why the peacock has so many colors? It’s because during the 50’s, NBC’s owner was RCA and they had just begun to manufacture color televisions. RCA wanted people who were watching black-and-white televisions to know what they were missing, so they created a colorful logo.

Plain and simple, right? Well, no. Each of these hoops represent the 4 founding companies of the Auto-Union Consortium way back in 1932: like DKW, Horch, Wanderer and Audi.

IBM’s logo has a hidden message for the whole world. The white lines passing through give the appearance of the equal sign in the lower right corner, representing equality.

The ‘V’ stands for “volks” which means people in German and and the ‘W’ stands for “wagen” which means car. It’s the car for the people.

You may have thought the arrow looks like a smiley face, meaning Amazon’s main mission is to make their customers happy. But notice the arrow is pointing from the a to the z. This represents the fact that Amazon has a large variety of items for sale, from A to Z.

My Personal Article About Hope/Success and ( Life )

What Is Hope In My Point Of View

Actually, Hope is an optimistic thing of mind r you can say based on an expectation of positive ( Even Negative ) outcomes related to events and circumstances, (Apparently) it has ability to help people heal. In general, people who possess hope and think optimistically have a greater sense of well being in addition to the improved health outcomes outlined above. Positive psychologists teach strategies to help boost people’s hope and optimism, which would benefit individuals coping with illness by improving their life satisfaction and recovery process.

And like, in the Quran is the verse in which Allah The Almighty Says *And whatever strikes you of disaster - it is for what your hands have earned; but He pardons much. If He expiates my sins by afflictions and pardons much, so what should remain after His expiation and pardon?

Surely U should Know, Everything that happens comes about through Allah's command of "Be. At every second, every thing and scene that appears before us is created through Allah's will. Nothing is left to its own devices, for everything is created for the destiny that Allah has determined for it.

Say: “O ‘Ibadi (My slaves) who have transgressed against themselves (by committing evil deeds and sins)! Despair not of the Mercy of Allah: verily, Allah forgives all sins. Truly He is Oft-Forgiving, Most Merciful.

And, Believers who are aware of this do not lose hope, even when facing the most negative situations or the most distressing events, in Allah's mercy or help. Those who are patient in hardship, do not lose hope, and never compromise Allah's laws have been given glad tidings in both this world and the Hereafter.

U Know, I can't really give one specific meaning of success ( Even i'm really beyond from this in my Personal life ) but i would say success is simply

1. Reach to a place where your dreams were pointing to
2. When you get what you really wanted
3. When you triumph over your adversaries, obstacles and barries of life.

So, To all the above, Success can't be a when, but it has to be something within you.

And if i say, To me success is measured by the attainment of real joy or happiness. This joy comes about when we see that the people we love (God and family) are happy. There would be no real happiness if only us were happy.
Pleasing those we love brings the greatest joy to ourselves. It involves providing adequately for the present and future needs of the persons we care for (this would therefore include financial security to the extent that it enables us to provide for our loved ones). It involves doing things that would please them. This in my opinion would bring the greatest feeling of fulfillment.

Look at this, this circle actually is much closer to the truth. i mean, in the slot in any of the above concepts to this new model - fitness and illness, mobility and stability, work and play, success or failure. If you’re living life on the edge of these concepts, they go full circle. Each of these concepts plug right into this model. Quite originally, I call it the Full Circle Model. So,

Success is a hidden power placed in the human spirit. Many people struggle todaynot because God wants them to be that way. The reason is, they still have less knowledge concerning God’s purpose for them. The human spirit has all the answers to all our struggles.

         LIFE ?

( U Should know ) Key Life isn't for everyone. As you know, In our humanistic culture, people pursue many things, thinking that in them they will find meaning. Some of these pursuits include business success, wealth, good relationships, sex, entertainment, and doing good to others. People have testified that while they achieved their goals of wealth, relationships, and pleasure, there was still a deep void inside, a feeling of emptiness that nothing seemed to fill.
Anyway, the conclusion that he comes to in that book is that all meaning in life is self-defined. You can pretty much do anything you want. What you really want to be is happy and there are some known ingredients to happiness that can help guide your life into the right direction. For example, love and transcendence (with or without religion) are crucial. Control is equally important, people with two choices who are always going to pick choice A are happier than people with one choice, choice A. Another thing I learned is that humans have the wonderful ability to adapt to situations (after about a year, paraplegics are just as happy as they were before their accident) but one thing humans cannot adapt to is noise.

Everyone has their own meaning of life that affects and influences all of the decisions that they will make in their life. What each person believes to be the meaning of life can be anything from the pursuit of happiness, whatever they believe happiness to be, to gaining recognition in the eyes of others. The meaning of life can be broken up into 3 sets of goals. You have your major long term goal(s); these are the overall goals such as living a life of happiness or living every day to its fullest or to change the lives of others. These long term goals are made up of smaller short term goals that will help you eventually reach your long term goal(s). These short term goals could be anything, one could be to do one nice thing a day or to graduate from high school and get into a good college. The final goal is the goal for after you are dead. This goal is what you want to happen after you have died, whether it’s to get into heaven or to be remembered after you have died for the things you have accomplished. The final goal is usually entwined with your long term goal.

                                                                                                                                       Tahir Rauf

50 Highest Rated CEO's ( 2015 )

Career website Glassdoor today has released its annual breakdown of the top 50 CEOs, as voted on by employees. This year, Google CEO Larry Page was voted as the chief executive officer of the year with a 97 percent employee approval rating. Last year, Page was 10th on the list, with LinkedIn CEO Jeff Weiner taking the top spot. Weiner this year fell to 12th overall with an approval rating of 93 percent.

Other notable placements on the top 50 CEOs list are Mark Zuckerburg at #4 with a 95 percent approval rating, Apple CEO Tim Cook at #10 with 94 percent approval, and Yelp’s Jeremy Stoppelman at #22 with 91 percent approval.
Page’s placement as the best and most liked CEO comes as no surprise when you consider that Google was recently voted the best company for which to work for the fourth year in a row.
Of the top 50 CEOs, tech executives accounted for 15 spots. Last year, however, 20 tech CEOs were on the list. Of the top 10, four spots are occupied by tech CEOs this year. The full list of tech CEOs (via VentureBeat) can be seen below:
  • #1 Google’s Larry Page, 97 percent approval
  • #4 Facebook’s Mark Zuckerberg, 95 percent approval
  • #5 Ultimate Software’s Scott Scherr, 95 percent approval
  • #10 Apple’s Tim Cook, 94 percent approval
  • #11 Expedia’s Dara Khosrowshahi, 94 percent approval
  • #12 LinkedIn’s Jeff Weiner, 93 percent approval
  • #21 Salesforce’s Marc Benioff, 92 percent approval
  • #22 Yelp’s Jeremy Stoppelman, 91 percent approval
  • #33 Cognizant Technology Solutions’ Frank D’Souza, 91 percent approval
  • #34 CDW’s Thomas E. Richards, 91 percent approval
  • #35 Infosys’ Dr. Vishal Sikka, 91 percent approval
  • #36 Intuit’s Brad Smith, 91 percent approval
  • #39 Intel Corporation’s Brian M. Krzanich, 90 percent approval
  • #47 Adobe’s Shantanu Narayen, 89 percent approval
  • #48 Airbnb’s Brian Chesky, 89 percent approval

Meanwhile, Google's Larry Page earned a 97 percent rating, just missing the top 10 for the second year in a row. Jeff Bezos, Amazon CEO, climbed 13 points — the second-highest jump after Zuck — to reach a 93 percent approval, same as Apple's Tim Cook, who dropped four points.
Oracle's Larry Ellison remained unchanged at 82 percent, just above Michael Dell in 49th place with an 81 percent rating.
"The CEOs who are more successful in gaining employee approval are those who paint a clear vision of what the company is setting out to achieve and how it's going to get there," Robert Hohman, Glassdoor CEO, said in a statement. "To be recognized by your employees as a strong leader also comes as a result of having a solid company culture that helps employees foster the skills necessary to move business forward and meet the needs of customers."
Other techy CEOS on the list include Joe Tucci (EMC), Paul Jacobs (Qualcomm), Pierre Nanterme (Accenture), Mark Templeton (Citrix), Marc Benioff (Salesforce), Jen-Hsun Huang (Nvidia), Hans Vestberg (Ericsson), Paul Otellini (Intel), Tom Georgens (NetApp), Brad Smith (Intuit), and Scott McGregor (Broadcom).
Notably, Victoria's Secret's Sharen Turney is the only female exec to make the list, landing at No. 42 with an 82 percent approval rating. New to the CEO game, Yahoo's Marissa Mayer did not make the cut — despite her 87 percent approval rating — because too few employees reviewed her, according to CNET. Also, HP's Meg Whitman, who was 2012's lone woman at No. 24, was left off of this year's list.

All About Car's

                                                            Mercedes

The Mercedes-Benz slogan reads in German, “Das Beste oder nichts” which in English means, “The best or nothing”. This is a fitting slogan as the Mercedes-Benz name is often associated with the terms luxury, prestige, and of course, the best. However this company was not always the international distributor of luxury vehicles it is today.
When you think of the first automobile the name Ford probably comes to mind however this is not correct. Most encyclopedias as well as the esteemed Guinness Book of World Records give credit for the production of the first car to Karl Benz, co founder of Mercedes Benz. His 1886 Benz Patent Motor Wagon was one of the most outstanding innovations of its time. In 1901 Gottlieb Daimler produced a vehicle that he appropriately named Mercedes. Daimler, co founder of Mercedes-Benz, also gets credit for creating the first gas powered engine suitable for use in automobiles. The combination of Daimler-Motoren-Gesellschaft  and Benz & Cie. in 1925 gave birth to the Daimler- Benz motor company eventually evolving into the prestigious Mercedes-Benz motor company we know today.

BMW

The company began in the 1900s in Munich as an aircraft manufacturer. Its early leanings are still present in BMW's logo - white propeller blades against a blue sky - that was designed to reflect these origins; its blue-and-white color scheme also references Bavaria's blue-and-white checkered flag.

Karl Friedrich Rapp was an engineer who had been director of an early German aircraft company. He set up business to manufacture airplane engines. His company was known as the Rapp Motoren Werke, and was located in a suburb of Munich, the capital city of Bavaria. His location decision was influenced by a customer nearby: the Gustav Otto aircraft company.

Rapp's engines were a success, but he continued to look for more work to keep his company busy. In 1916, he secured a contract to build a large number of V12 airplane engines on behalf of Austro-Daimler, which was finding that it could not build enough to meet the escalating demand. Rapp sought a backer to finance his company's expansion, and in March 1916 the Rapp Motoren Werke was renamed the Bayerische Motoren Werke. It was then that BMW was formed.

Within a year, however, Rapp ran into some problems. He expanded the company too quickly. Rapp eventually left the company and industrial tycoon Franz Josef Popp took his place. It was Popp who laid the foundation for the BMW that exists today.
