What's the difference between Zip Code and Postal Code
ANSWER:
The two codes are essentially the same in their purpose, but the term Zip code is mainly used in the USA; Postal Code is commonly used in other countries.
AUTO CAD
When did autocad come out?
AutoCAD is a commercial software application for 2D and 3D computer-aided design (CAD) and drafting — available since 1982 as a desktop application and since 2010 as a mobile web- and cloud-based app marketed as AutoCAD 360.
What is autocad used for?
AutoCAD is a computer-aided drafting software program used for creating blueprints for buildings, bridges and computer chips. AutoCADis used mainly by drafters, although engineers, surveyors and architects may need to use the software from time to time.
User Interface :
When you first launch the AutoCAD program, you can quickly start new documents, access existing documents, save drawings to the cloud, and more. The Quick Access tool bar and other bars can help you access commands, search the help system, open menus, and find needed options and tools quickly. This online video details all you need to know to successfully explore the user interface in AutoCAD LT 2015.
Scott Onstott has been using AutoCAD for 24 years and has witnessed its evolution into the world-leading application for computer-aided drafting and design. You too can harness its power and start creating detailed CAD drawings, whatever your field: design, architecture, or engineering. In this in-depth course, Scott shows you how to draw precise, measured 2D drawings—the basis of design communication the world over. Then he shows how to create and modify geometry, layers, blocks, attributes, dimensions, and layouts, and finally, how to start sharing your drawings with others.
Topics include:
- Changing workspaces
- Converting drawings to new units
- Drawing lines, circles, splines, polygons, and more
- Moving, copying, rotating, and scaling objects
- Mirroring, lengthening, trimming, and joining objects
- Drawing accurately with coordinates and snapping
- Creating gradients
- Making dimension objects
- Managing object and layer properties
- Reusing content
- Making external references
- Adding annotations
- Packaging and publishing CAD data
DSL INFO
What are the benefits of DSL?
In addition to its very high speed, DSL modems have many benefits over analog modems. Unlike the dial-up connections required for analog modems, your DSL connection is always on. That means no more logging on and off, no more busy signals and no more waiting for the connection to happen - it's always there. Another benefit is the ability to use the phone at the same time the data connection is on; you don't have to choose between the two
How fast is it?
The DSL modem can download data at speeds ranging from 256 Kilobits per second up to 5 Megabits per second.
Will it always connect at maximum speed?
At DSL speeds, the limitations are much more the performance of the Internet server you're trying to reach and the amount of traffic on the Internet. The Internet is a loosely coupled network of computers that are transmitting data by different methods through different computers at different speeds, so the speed you receive data with a DSL modem is limited by these factors.
How does it work?
DSL works by splitting the phone line into two frequency ranges. The frequencies below 4 kHz are reserved for voice, and the range above that is used for data. This makes it possible to use the line for phone calls and data network access at the same time. It is called "asymmetric" because more bandwidth is reserved for receiving data than for sending data. Download speeds range from 256 Kilobits per second up to 5 Megabits per second, and upload speeds range from 128 to 640 Kilobits per second. This is useful because many users of the Internet receive much more data than they send.
DSL modems follow the data rate multiples established by North American and European standards. In general, the maximum range for DSL is 5.5 km (18,000 feet). As distance decreases toward the telephone company office, the data rate increases. Another factor is the gauge of the copper wire. The heavier 24-gauge wire carries the same data rate farther than 26-gauge wire. If you live beyond the 5.5-kilometer range, you may still be able to have DSL if your phone company has extended the local loop with optical fiber cable.

Will DSL affect my regular phone calls?
In most cases, DSL will not interfere with your phone calls and vice-versa. In some cases when you are using the same phone line for both DSL and POTS (Plain Old Telephone Service), you will need to add a simple filter between your phone and the wall jack.
Will I have to change my e-mail address?
That depends on whether ISLC is currently providing your e-mail account. If your currently have an ISLC account then your email address will remain the same. If do not currently have an ISLC account you will need to discuss the matter with your current ISP. Some ISPs providing mail forwarding services or mail-only accounts that you may be able to use if you want to continue using your current email address. Web-based e-mail clients, like Netscape's Webmail or Hotmail, will not be affected by a change to DSL service.
DSL vs. Cable modems?
DSL provides always-on high-speed Internet access over a single dedicated telephone line; cable modems offer always-on high-speed Internet access over a shared cable television line. One major difference between DSL and cable is the cable connection is shared among all users in a neighborhood, and will therefore vary, perhaps dramatically, as more users in a neighborhood get online at the same time. Cable modem upstream (from the home to the Internet) traffic will in many cases be slower than DSL, either because the particular cable modem is inherently slower, or because too many people in a neighborhood are trying to send or receive data at the same time. The big difference between DSL and cable modems, however, is the number of lines available to each. There are no more than 12 million homes today that can support two-way cable modem transmissions, and while the figure is growing steadily, it will not catch up with telephone lines for many years. Only about 20 percent of homes are ready for cable modems now, compared to 50 to 60 percent of homes that are ready for DSL service. Additionally, many of the older cable networks are not capable of offering a return channel; consequently, such networks will need significant upgrading before they can offer high bandwidth services.
Another significant difference is customers can still use a dialup account when on vacation or away from home. Remote dialup access is rarely offered with cable access. We also provide coast-to-coast roaming at no charge** in over 1600 cities including most major metropolitan areas

Microsoft Corporation Debuts Outlook App For Apple Watch
Microsoft has continued its strong support for Apple’s latest wearable with an Outlook app designed for reading and replying to notifications in full
Microsoft Corporation (NASDAQ:MSFT) has rolled out another part of its Microsoft Office application suite for the Apple Watch, with the launch of an Outlook application optimized for the wrist-worn device. The move expands on the company’s support for the Apple Watch and a general push to make its software more accessible on various platforms, with apps and services on iOS and Android a prime focus.
According to a report by The Verge today, the new application provides full email display and the ability to reply to messages. Although a user cannot immediately reply to a notification like they would on iOS, a tap on the Outlook icon in the notification prompts a dedicated Apple Watch app. The Outlook app then offers an overview of a message and the option of sending a reply via dictation or quick reply.

The Porsche 911 Turbo Was a Rocket 25 Years Ago
The second generation of the 911 Turbo debuted in 1991 after the original was built for nearly 15 years. While the current 911 Turbo is known as a rocket ship, it's easy to forget that the one from the early 1990s was also super fast.
MotorWeek was on the original launch of the 964 Turbo, and they found that it got to 60 in less than five seconds and ran the quarter in less than 13 seconds. Sounds fairly typical now, but that was Ferrari territory way back when.
Enjoy the mellifluous voice of the one and only John Davis as he explains the 1991 Turbo in this MotorWeek flashback.
Why is it Difficult to Download YouTube Downloader Apps from Google Play Store
Programs and plug-ins like this make it easy for the users to download videos from YouTube to view even when they are not on the website. There are so many programs available today and every one of them makes it easy for the users to have their favorite videos ripped. With the number of people using the Android devices today growing, it is quite sad that they cannot use such applications on Google Play Store.
So, what is the Problem with these Downloader Applications?
To begin with, these apps help the users to go about illegal content download, because the videos they download don’t belong to them. These apps in their view make it easy for people to steal the content and artistic abilities of another person. This deprives the artistes of advertising revenues and views. Also, the Store doesn’t permit apps that can be used illegally. Undoubtedly, these downloader apps for YouTube fit the description very well. There are other platforms that allow these apps, because they do not see their use to be illegal since there are legitimate uses for these apps as well.
No matter the level of legality being talked about here, Google definitely wants to keep its financial level in check. Downloader apps for YouTube videos cut into the revenue of Google in two different ways. Users of these apps will stop visiting YouTube to watch videos, because they get to download them to their devices. This is one major way in which revenue is decreased.
Also, the advertisers will not be interested in paying a lot for the ads if they know the videos are being pirated and are not being watched. Just like every company in the position of Google will do, it wants to protect its finances and save itself from losses. So, there is no way these apps will be accepted in Google Play Store anytime soon.
YouTube Downloader Apps are Popular
Even though these apps are not accessible on Play Store, they still grow in popularity. Users of these apps on other platforms download and use these apps many times every day. Every day, there are new YouTube downloader applications that are being developed to give more users access to videos on YouTube and other platforms.

Famous Logos And Their Hidden Meanings
The three ellipses seen in the logo for Toyota represent three hearts: the heart of the customer, the heart of the product, and the heart of progress in the field of technology.
McDonald’s
Yes, the “M” for McDonald’s and there really isn’t another meaning. In the 60’s, McDonald’s wanted to change the logo but their design consultant and psychologist Louis Cheskin insisted that they left the golden arches. According to BBC, he said customers will unconsciously recognize the logo as “symbolism of a pair of nourishing breasts.” Whether this is true or not, their logo is one of the most recognizable in the world.
The importance of this logo is in its colors. The red is said to represent strength and the blue represents faithfulness and security that the company provides.
Pepsi’s old logo is the one on the left. The new logo on the right cost Pepsi $1 million. They hired Arnell Associates to come up with it. As a result, Pepsi had to spend millions more to rebrand everything. Then Arnell’s 27 page document was leaked and it was entitled, “Breathtaking Design Strategy.” It proposes that the new logo is some sort of Da Vinci Code. The logo draws on Feng Shui, the Renaissance, the earth’s Geodynamo, the theory of relativity, and much more.
BMW has a history in aviation and its logo stays true to its roots. The blue and white represent a propeller in motion with the sky peeking through. In fact, BMW had a role in World War II as a creator of aircraft engines for the German military.
The Apple logo represents the forbidden fruit from the “Tree of Knowledge” in the Biblical creation story of Adam and Eve.
This logo is so creative. If you look closely you will see the arrow between the letter ‘E’ and ‘X’, which represents the company’s forward thinking ways and outlook towards the future.
The Mercedes-Benz logo is the most confident of all. The tri-star represents the company’s dominance in quality and style over all things land, sea and air.
The Google logo has four primary colors in a row then it’s broken by a secondary color. This was entirely intentional. Google wanted to show that they don’t play by the rules and are also playful without making the symbol bulky. To do that, they just used simple letters and colors.
The Adidas logo looks like a mountain to represent the obstacles that people need to overcome. Originally the logo was just three stripes and didn’t stand for anything. So they kept the three stripes and just made them slanted to resemble a mountain.
Ever wonder why the peacock has so many colors? It’s because during the 50’s, NBC’s owner was RCA and they had just begun to manufacture color televisions. RCA wanted people who were watching black-and-white televisions to know what they were missing, so they created a colorful logo.
Plain and simple, right? Well, no. Each of these hoops represent the 4 founding companies of the Auto-Union Consortium way back in 1932: like DKW, Horch, Wanderer and Audi.
IBM’s logo has a hidden message for the whole world. The white lines passing through give the appearance of the equal sign in the lower right corner, representing equality.
The ‘V’ stands for “volks” which means people in German and and the ‘W’ stands for “wagen” which means car. It’s the car for the people.
You may have thought the arrow looks like a smiley face, meaning Amazon’s main mission is to make their customers happy. But notice the arrow is pointing from the a to the z. This represents the fact that Amazon has a large variety of items for sale, from A to Z.

My Personal Article About Hope/Success and ( Life )
What Is Hope In My Point Of View
Actually, Hope is an optimistic thing of mind r you can say based on an expectation of positive ( Even Negative ) outcomes related to events and circumstances, (Apparently) it has ability to help people heal. In general, people who possess hope and think optimistically have a greater sense of well being in addition to the improved health outcomes outlined above. Positive psychologists teach strategies to help boost people’s hope and optimism, which would benefit individuals coping with illness by improving their life satisfaction and recovery process.
And like, in the Quran is the verse in which Allah The Almighty Says *And whatever strikes you of disaster - it is for what your hands have earned; but He pardons much. If He expiates my sins by afflictions and pardons much, so what should remain after His expiation and pardon?
Surely U should Know, Everything that happens comes about through Allah's command of "Be. At every second, every thing and scene that appears before us is created through Allah's will. Nothing is left to its own devices, for everything is created for the destiny that Allah has determined for it.
Say: “O ‘Ibadi (My slaves) who have transgressed against themselves (by committing evil deeds and sins)! Despair not of the Mercy of Allah: verily, Allah forgives all sins. Truly He is Oft-Forgiving, Most Merciful.
And, Believers who are aware of this do not lose hope, even when facing the most negative situations or the most distressing events, in Allah's mercy or help. Those who are patient in hardship, do not lose hope, and never compromise Allah's laws have been given glad tidings in both this world and the Hereafter.
U Know, I can't really give one specific meaning of success ( Even i'm really beyond from this in my Personal life ) but i would say success is simply
1. Reach to a place where your dreams were pointing to
2. When you get what you really wanted
3. When you triumph over your adversaries, obstacles and barries of life.
So, To all the above, Success can't be a when, but it has to be something within you.
And if i say, To me success is measured by the attainment of real joy or happiness. This joy comes about when we see that the people we love (God and family) are happy. There would be no real happiness if only us were happy.
Pleasing those we love brings the greatest joy to ourselves. It involves providing adequately for the present and future needs of the persons we care for (this would therefore include financial security to the extent that it enables us to provide for our loved ones). It involves doing things that would please them. This in my opinion would bring the greatest feeling of fulfillment.Look at this, this circle actually is much closer to the truth. i mean, in the slot in any of the above concepts to this new model - fitness and illness, mobility and stability, work and play, success or failure. If you’re living life on the edge of these concepts, they go full circle. Each of these concepts plug right into this model. Quite originally, I call it the Full Circle Model. So,
Success is a hidden power placed in the human spirit. Many people struggle todaynot because God wants them to be that way. The reason is, they still have less knowledge concerning God’s purpose for them. The human spirit has all the answers to all our struggles.
LIFE ?
( U Should know ) Key Life isn't for everyone. As you know, In our humanistic culture, people pursue many things, thinking that in them they will find meaning. Some of these pursuits include business success, wealth, good relationships, sex, entertainment, and doing good to others. People have testified that while they achieved their goals of wealth, relationships, and pleasure, there was still a deep void inside, a feeling of emptiness that nothing seemed to fill.Anyway, the conclusion that he comes to in that book is that all meaning in life is self-defined. You can pretty much do anything you want. What you really want to be is happy and there are some known ingredients to happiness that can help guide your life into the right direction. For example, love and transcendence (with or without religion) are crucial. Control is equally important, people with two choices who are always going to pick choice A are happier than people with one choice, choice A. Another thing I learned is that humans have the wonderful ability to adapt to situations (after about a year, paraplegics are just as happy as they were before their accident) but one thing humans cannot adapt to is noise.
Everyone has their own meaning of life that affects and influences all of the decisions that they will make in their life. What each person believes to be the meaning of life can be anything from the pursuit of happiness, whatever they believe happiness to be, to gaining recognition in the eyes of others. The meaning of life can be broken up into 3 sets of goals. You have your major long term goal(s); these are the overall goals such as living a life of happiness or living every day to its fullest or to change the lives of others. These long term goals are made up of smaller short term goals that will help you eventually reach your long term goal(s). These short term goals could be anything, one could be to do one nice thing a day or to graduate from high school and get into a good college. The final goal is the goal for after you are dead. This goal is what you want to happen after you have died, whether it’s to get into heaven or to be remembered after you have died for the things you have accomplished. The final goal is usually entwined with your long term goal.
Tahir Rauf
